Service Matters Covid-19 Update

We want to assure you that Service Matters continues to prioritise the welfare of our team and the delivery of services to our clients while we make plans to manage the unfolding impact of Covid-19. We have put in place appropriate measures to minimise inter-departmental contact and to facilitate remote working for our team. We will continue to work with and provide services to our clients.

Standard deliveries

Hygiene has never been more important and we will continue to provide delivery of your clean products, however, if you need to change the access arrangements for delivery, please contact our office on 090 66 27477.

Consumables

We are experiencing a high demand for consumable products such as sanitiser, soap, hand towels and toilet paper. We continue to accommodate our increased requests,  giving our existing customers highest priority.

Sales & Service bookings

We will continue to provide service assistance to our customers. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please get in touch and we will work with you to provide a suitable alternative solution.
